Randy Ray, Center for History Executive Director, will talk about the conservation battleground between early settlers and those who would profit by draining the Grand Kankakee Marsh to create fertile farmland. A guided tour of the exhibit History Happened Here is part of the program. Admission is $3 or $1 for members and reservations are required by August 2.
